Prices are in US dollars and are shown before you pay. When you place an order, you offer to buy the item shown. We confirm your order by email. We may decline an order, and if we do we will refund any payment in full.
Payments are processed by Stripe, a secure payment provider. Your card details are entered into Stripe’s secure fields and are not stored on our website.
We ship to the address you enter at checkout. Orders are shipped within 1 to 2 (3 to 5 during major shopping events such as Black Friday, Cyber Monday and the December holidays) business days. Shipping is free as shown on the order page. Delivery times depend on the carrier and your location. Customs duties, import taxes and fees charged by your country are your responsibility.
Damaged or wrong item. If your book arrives damaged or is not the item you ordered, contact us within 30 days of delivery with a photo. We will send a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you.
Other returns. You may return an unused book in its original condition within 30 days of delivery. You pay the return shipping. We refund the price you paid, to your original payment method, within 3 to 10 business days after we receive the book back.

To the fullest extent the law allows, our liability for any claim about an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
